This website provides information about the biiwow brand and sells digital books. Content is provided in good faith but may change as we build.

Adding a book to your basket is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete payment on Stripe's hosted checkout page, and accepted when we make the download available to you. Prices shown include any tax we are required to add at checkout; the exact amount is confirmed by Stripe before you pay, based on where you are.

If a book is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than deliver at that price.

Books are delivered as files, immediately after payment. Because delivery is immediate, we ask you to confirm at checkout that you want the files straight away and understand that this ends the 14-day right to withdraw that would otherwise apply to a consumer purchase. You cannot complete a purchase without giving that confirmation, and we record when you gave it.

This does not limit your rights if something is actually wrong with what you received. Delivery & refunds explains what we do in that case.

Buying a book gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and print it as many times as you like for your own household, or for the children in your own classroom, group or childminding setting. You may keep your own backup copies.

You may not:

• share, upload, email or otherwise distribute the file to people outside that group;
• sell, sub-licence or include it in another product, free or paid;
• reproduce the illustrations separately from the book, or present them as your own work.

Copyright in the books, illustrations, characters and the biiwow name and logo stays with the site owner. If you would like to use something beyond the licence above — a school licence, for example — just ask.

A purchase does not expire and there is no subscription. Individual download links are short-lived for security, and new ones can be generated at any time from your downloads. Each file has a generous cap on total downloads to discourage link sharing; contact us if you reach it legitimately and we will raise it.

We aim to keep files available indefinitely, but we cannot promise a specific period. If we ever had to withdraw a title, we would tell buyers first so they could download a copy. Please keep your own copy of anything you rely on.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Refunds, when made, go back through Stripe to the original payment method, and full refunds disable the download links for that order.

We take care that the files work as described. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, and we do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for your device being unable to open or print a standard PDF.

The biiwow name, logo and site content belong to the site owner and may not be reused without permission.

We may update these terms as the shop grows. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published when you bought — changing them later does not change what you agreed to.
