Billy Feels All the Feelings gives each emotion its own pages: what it looks like on Billy's face, what Billy's body does, and what helps afterwards. Naming a feeling is most of the work of managing it, and colouring gives a child time to sit with the name.

No feeling is framed as naughty. Anger gets the same warm treatment as joy — the difference is only in what Billy does next.
